Delivery & Payments

Where do you deliver?

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery (2-5 working days) - £2.95 or FREE with orders over £30. The £30 must be spent on products only.

The Americas & Canada

US Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) - $9.95 or FREE with orders over $50 USD.

Please be advised we cannot ship HAZ items to a PO Box, you will need to input a physical address.

For any country not listed we can help! Please contact us with your shipping address and we will respond within 48 hours at hello@nailsinc.com

We apologise that we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Brazil, Mexico or Hawaii due to high shipping costs of shipping nail polish to these states - if you would like to enquire on shipping rates then please contact our customer service team. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders will be shipped via FedEx.

Unfortunately we can no longer ship to Canada.

Europe

France, Germany, & Netherlands - Standard Shipping (2-5 working days) - €14.90

Unfortunately we can no longer ship to other EU counties at this time.

Please note that we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders will be shipped via DPD or Post Office.

Where is my order?

We send you an email as soon as your order is on the way, so that you can find out when it will arrive.

For tracked orders, you can use the tracking link provided in your email to check the status of your order.

Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot?

Our Shipping information page can give you more information and timescales.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We regret that we cannot modify orders. Please email hello@Nailsinc.com as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make a cancellation. We will let you know if your cancellation request was successful dependent on the status of your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, but you can make a return.

If cancellation fails, this is because the order is getting ready to be sent. Items that are in stock are processed quickly so that we can aim to get products to our customers without delay.

You can visit our Returns page to help you get the order back to us instead.

There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?

We're very sorry that an item has been missed from your order. Please send a message to hello@Nailsinc.com to let our Customer Service team know and they’ll be happy to help.

What do I do if I have received a faulty item?

We are very sorry that this has happened as we aim to provide high quality items to all of our customers. Please send a message to hello@Nailsinc.com so that we can look into this for you.

  4. Images to support the fault

As soon as we've looked into the fault we'll let you know what we plan to do next by sending you an email.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item?

  3. Correct item ordered

As soon as we've looked into the fault we'll let you know what we plan to do next by sending you an email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal for online payments. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance. 

How do I pay with Klarna?

Returns & Refunds

How do I return an online order?

UK & Europe

If you wish to return an order (or items from your order) purchased from Nailsinc.com, you may do so within 30 days to our Head Office from the day you receive the goods and we will refund you in full (excluding any delivery charges) via the original payment method used. An email will be sent confirming the refund.

It will be your responsibility to cover the cost of returning the goods and also ensuring that the goods are adequately packed. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the products, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We recommend you ship via a traceable service to ensure successful delivery.

If:

  1. The product delivered is not what you ordered (including any Substitute Products), or does not correspond with its description OR
  2. The product delivered is damaged

Nails Inc will, at its discretion, deliver to you a replacement product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the products.

Please send it to Nails Inc, 3rd Floor, 19-23 Grosvenor Hill, London, W1K 3QD with a copy of your original delivery note, your order number, contact details and if you would like a refund or an exchange.

USA

If you wish to return an order (or items from your order purchased) from Nailsinc.com you may do so within 30 days from the day you receive the goods and we will refund you in full (excluding any delivery charges) via the original payment method used. What happens once my item is returned?

Once received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund should be returned to your original payment method within 5 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it's on its way!

If you don't receive your refund and it's been 10 working days since you received our email, please send us an email to hello@nailsinc.com

Can I return an item not purchased on nailsinc.com?

We are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at Nailsinc.com. If you purchased a product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly.

Discounts

What are the promotion code rules?

Only one promotion code is valid per order and it can’t be used with any other promotion. Promotion codes are only valid against full-priced items. Promotion codes are applied at the checkout. If you are still unsure about the nitty gritty send us an email to hello@nailsinc.com if you have any problems and we will try our hardest to figure it out.

Discounts and Free Gifts

Discounts & free gifts with purchase are only valid on full priced items unless stated otherwise, subject to availability. Nails Inc reserves the right to cancel promotion at any time due to technical error or unforeseen problems. Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. No substitutes or cash equivalents. No adjustments can be made on prior sales. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to ineligible use of code.

Why is my discount code not working?

We're sorry to hear your code isn't working, you'll need to check that you're not trying to use more than one code per order and that your item isn't excluded. Please visit our Offers Terms & Conditions page for more information.

Product FAQs

What products are Vegan & Cruelty free?

We love our furry friends and are 100% cruelty-free so we do NOT test on animals. We are also a 100% vegetarian brand working towards being 100% vegan.

Where can I find ingredients for each product?

All products on the Nails.INC website have a tab showing the ingredients. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions. If you need further information please email us at hello@Nailsinc.com.

How do you remove the nail polish lid?

Simply pull the cap upwards to reveal the screw-top. Rotate the screw-top anticlockwise to release the brush.

How long does nail polish last?

Our nail polish lasts 24 months from the first open. Please make sure you screw the top securely when you have finished your mani/pedi to prevent the polish from oxidising.

My nail polish has separated, what do I do?

Don’t worry, this is natural so long as your polish is in date. Shake it to wake it, the metal balls will re-mix the polish for you.
