Step 1: Return items to the address on your dispatch note. Goods must be returned in their original condition (unopened & unused) within 30 days of delivery. Please include either your dispatch note or a note referencing your order number.
Step 2: Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive your parcel or return via a traceable service to ensure successful delivery.
