At Nails.INC, we’re surrounded by incredible and inspiring women. There are women all over the world that keep us inspired every day, so we wanted to find the most impactful way to honour them this International Women’s Day. We’re taking part in a number of initiatives this year, and we’re sharing them with you below…

#CHANGEAGIRLSLIFE

For the month of March, in celebration of International Women’s Day, Nails.INC and INC.redible will be donating the profits from the UK sales of our glittering Party Recharge glitter under-eye masks to the #CHANGEAGIRLSLIFE campaign.

In our second year supporting this charity for IWD, this donation will be in aid of Women Supporting Women at The Prince’s Trust. From Anya Hindmarch to Amazon, a whole portfolio of brands, big and small, are working to make a difference.

Young women in the UK sadly remain disproportionately disadvantaged compared to their male peers, and this has only worsened throughout and after the COVID-19 pandemic. For the vulnerable, marginalised young women who reach out to The Prince’s Trust, life is harder than ever before and will be for some time.

As you may already know, the young women we support face enormous challenges too: issues such as domestic abuse, long-term unemployment, bullying, the challenges of single parenthood, mental health issues, homelessness or simply having no emotional support at home. Yet it’s incredible to see what they can achieve and how their lives are transformed with a little bit of the right help, at the right time.

BUY WOMEN BUILT

The fastest way to support woman-owned businesses? Shop them! Along with our founder Thea Green, Nails.INC is proud to take part in the Buy Women Built campaign. This newly-formed network of like-minded businesswomen is a true celebration of women-built entrepreneurship, with the aim to shine a light on female-founded businesses and inspire future generations of girls.

But of course, this campaign isn’t only important on International Women’s Day – you can do your everyday shopping from women-owned businesses every day of the year, to help boost the women-owned sector of the economy.

As BWB founder Sahar Hashemi puts it: the bigger girls dream, the stronger and fairer our economy will be!
