You will receive your order within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday via a Royal Mail tracked service, a DPD or UK Mail courier. A signature is not required.
However, this is likely to increase during busy periods such as sale, Christmas and New Year.

To receive FREE Standard delivery, you must spend £40 or more on two or more products after any promotional or VIP discounts have been applied to your order.

Order before 12pm for delivery the NEXT DAY (UK mainland only)
Monday to Friday orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next day following receipt. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Next day deliveries are sent with DPD or UK Mail courier services and will require a signature. You will receive a text or email on the day of delivery with details of your delivery time.
Next Day delivery is not available to: Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, PO boxes and the British Forces Post Office (BFPO).
Problem with a delivery?
If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you within 7 working days of your order being placed. We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.
In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days of receiving the order, we will do our best to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.
If your delivery is late, lost or incorrect or contains a damaged item, we will do everything we can to get the issue resolved promptly.
