Delivery

1. Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays will be received on the next working day.
2. Standard delivery prices vary depending on weight and number of items ordered and charges are shown in the checkout.
3. Standard deliveries are dispatched by Parcel Force 48 hour insured delivery service or by Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Typically delivery can be expected within 4 to 7 working days of placing an order. However, this is likely to increase to up to 14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas and New Year.
4. Deliveries are only made within the UK mainland and Ireland. 
5. Please note no dispatch and delivery on Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of monies paid.
6. Deliveries to Ireland and Northern Ireland are charged at £12.95
7. We do not deliver outside of the UK and Ireland
8. If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you within 7 working days of your order being placed. We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.
