Competition Rules

Entrants must provide the following details when entering the competition: name, telephone number, address, e-mail address.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

Only email entries will be accepted.

If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.

The prizewinners will be randomly drawn from all the correct entries, and contacted by Nails Inc within 28 days of the competition closing date. Only the winners will be contacted by email via the email address provided.

Nails Inc will await confirmation of receipt of the email before dispatching the prize. If nails inc do not hear from the prize winner within 7 days, they will no longer be entitled to the prize and a new prize winner will be selected.

Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

There will be no cash alternatives.

Nails Inc do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

This competition is not open to employees of nails inc or mywardrobe.com or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members

Nails Inc's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

Nails Inc reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the competition which you have entered.
